The new East Winston based youth lacrosse program entered its pre-season on Saturday, March 10, 2012 in exciting fashion. The organization hosted a scrimmage Play Day for teams from Kernersville, Oak Ridge, Greensboro, and Burlington at their home field of Winston-Salem Preparatory Academy. This event was historic in that it was the first time in the history of East Winston, a youth lacrosse program took the field. _________________________________________
2012 Spring Lacrosse Triple-P-Lax Historic Game vs. Condors The Monarchs thank the Charlotte Bulldogs and Condors for hosting a Memorial Weekend Playday in Charlotte on Saturday, May 26, 2012. The three teams enjoyed games, a three-on-three tournament, food, and fellowship. This day marked the first time two predominant African American lacrosse teams in North Carolina took the field in competition. _________________________________________________________________________ |
